1. Do I need a credit card to pay?

A: No, please read our "methods of payment"

2. Q: How long does it take until I get my items?

A: If you order by credit card or PayPal, your package should be shipped within a few days by airmail delivery. In Europe it usually takes 2-4 days for a package to arrive. Overseas would normally be a week, but some countries might require up to 2 weeks. Ask your local post office how long a delivery to your specific country from Sweden should take if you think you might live in one of those countries and wish to obtain more precise information.

3. Q: How much is the postage?

A: Instead of having a minimum postage like so many others do (that usually require that you order loads of stuff in order to actually reach the amount of postage you have been charged for), the Therion Store is charging exactly what it costs to ship each package individually. The prices vary with the weight and of course with future price changes of the Swedish post office.
Each item we sell has been weighted and the shopping cart is counting the weight of the envelope and your ordered items together and display to you what the actual postage is.

In order to offer the cheapest shipments, we are sending the envelopes as regular mail up to 2000 grams which is the maxiumum weight for such type of mail. This is very cheap and usually very fast, but due to mail being stolen or getting lost in certain countries, you might need to register the envelope, which currently costs 8 euro. This option is of course available for any country if you would like to be safe.

Above 2000 grams we use a type of package shipment that is allowing packages up to 20 kg (20.000 grams) which is both a bit more expensive and slower, but it's a safe way of shipping.

4. Q: Why are the CD's only signed by Chris?

A: This store is runned by Chris and me as the administrator. There is a lot of signing job to do and as the other members are not a part of running this, they are of course not asked to sign tons of CD's either.
Another thing is that the current members have only played on the CD's the last couple of years and Chris don't have much (or any contact) anymore with the ex-members that played on the records 1991-1997.

5. Q: Can I get a CD dedicated to me or a friend?

A: Unfortunately not. First of all, the CD's are signed in advance so that I can send them away fast when there is an order being made. And also, if it was possible to have it dedicated, everyone would like to have that and it would of course be too time consuming for Chris to do.
However, if you join the Therion Society you can obtain a dedicated CD through the store there (be aware of that it might take time to get it when the band is on tour or abroad in the studio, on vacation etc).

6. Q: What if the package gets lost? Do I get a new one sent then?

A: In order to offer cheap shipments, we are sending the envelopes as regular mail up to 2000 grams. After that we use a different sort of package that has an insurance. So if a package gets lost that weights over 2000 grams, you are insured and we can guarantee that you get what you have ordered.

As for packages up to 2000 gram. If you live in a country where it is very rare that packages get lost in the mail, you could take a chance and just go for it, as long as you are aware of that it is not the responsability of the Therion Store in case it gets lost. If not, we recommend that you pay to have your package registered (or buy 5 or more items - then we register your package for free!). If a registered package gets lost, it is our responsability to get reimbursed by the postservice and we will send you a new package for free. A replecement package is sent out earliest one month after the first one in order to know that the package wasn't just delayed in the mail.

7. Q: What if my package gets damaged?

8. Q: What if I send money for an order in a registered envelope and the money doesn't reach you?

A: You get a receipt at the postoffice and if the money never gets through, it is your own responsability to make claims against the postservice that should reimburse you for the lost envelope. Remember that if you make a purchase for a bigger amount, you must make sure that the type of registration you choose covers the value of the envelope you send.
If you are making a purchase for values over 100 dollars, we would recommend to pay by credit card or Paypal instead if possible.

9. Q: Is it really Chris that sign the CD's? Seems like there would be really a lot of work involved signing all those CD's...

A: It's a lot of stuff to sign, but if you get crazy ideas, you have to work hard to fulfill them. Chris is not known for being lazy and has also done countless number of signing sessions on tour where the band have signed hundreds of CD's, posters etc during an hour or two, so it's not like this kind of work would be something new.
