Therion Store

Policy on shipped goods:

- Items that have a manufacturing mistake are exchanged for a new item of the same type free of charge. We naturally repay you for your postage costs as well (but only in the form of a credit-note). IMPORTANT! Always take contact with the Store administration with your complaint before you send anything back.

- Damage of the items during transportation is the responsability of the post service and Therion Store can normally not replace items else than those who clearly had a manufacturing mistake. We usually make an exception to this policy if an item is totally broke, if a CD got smashed in the mail so it can't be played etc.
If you use registered mail, the package is fully insured and items with major damage are then exchanged. But in order to take advantage of this, you must open the package when you sign for it with the mail man or at the post office and if it is damaged you refuse it and let it be returned (if this haappens, mail us so that we know it's coming).

- We offer a very limited right of return for non-defect items. We generally do not accept returns of items that are not defect. The only exception to this is if you order the wrong size of clothing. In this case the item in question is only exchanged for another size of the same item and you will be asked to pay for the new postage for sending you the new item. We are nowadays using a printing plant in USA and their sizes are slightly bigger than the ones people are used to in Europe. So if you are unsure of if you need for example L or XL, go for the smaller one.

-Any returned goods must have enough postage.

Complaints:

- Even though your purchase is being made over 2checkout and PayPal, it is the Therion Store that is handling everything about your order and that you need to contact for any sort of complaints you might have regarding your purchase. If you complain to 2checkout, it will take a while and then they pass it on to us. So rather contact us directly and we'll see what can be done about your problem.
Only if there is some problem related to your credit card (purchase doesn't work etc) or payment over your bank account you need to contact 2checkout. The same goes to occasions when you contact us first and you feel we can not solve your problem in a satesfying way.
